This is a call center web app for Next Generation Insurance. When a phone call comes in, the program displays the number and any associated programs, referral codes, tracking codes (etc.) specific to that account. It also guides the representative through their pre-written script and has a quick FAQ referral link.
The focus was on making a clear and reusable form system that presented the right information to the representative at the right time.
