Who is this guy?

Hi! My name is David and I'm a designer with over 5 years of experience in various fields of visual communications including user experience design, user interface design, web design and print design. I even have my bachelor's degree to back it up. I'm currently located in the sunny state of Arizona near the greater Phoenix Metro area.

How can he help me?

Whether you're with an established marketing agency looking to outsource a few creative projects or you're simply a lone individual with a good idea in need of a polished professional look without breaking the bank, I have the skill set and resources to get your job done right the first time, on time and within budget.

What can I expect from him as my designer?

Simple, clean and professional solutions that are specifically targeted towards your end user demographic. I work equally well as part of a creative team or acting as the sole creative source. I understand the importance of communication and how to simply and effectively use it to deliver your message to its intended audience.

Does he only do design?

While the majority of my clients use me to create their visual solutions, I maintain a firm grasp on current web standards and coding practices in order to produce accessible, search engine friendly XHTML / CSS. I've also been known to dabble in a few javascript libraries such as Prototype and jQuery, a few blogging and CMS platforms such as Wordpress, ExpressionEngine, Drupal, and Exponent as well as a slew of random applications for Mac, PC, and Linux.

What doesn't he do?

I think we should all know our limitations and while I'm more than capable of designing an effective interface for a custom web application or online store, I'll be the first to tell you that I'm not the one you want to use if your looking to have it built. While it may not be impossible for me to code something of that magnitude, it's definitely not something I love to do. I'll leave that to the serious programmers and stick with what I'm great at: designing effective solutions for the web (and print).
